Salman Khan recently became the proud owner of a bulletproof luxury car. This came after the superstar received death threats via email and there was an increase in his security.
While the swanky car itself has garnered a lot of attention, the number plate, it seems, has a special connection with the actor. The car is a seven-seater SUV. According to reports, the purchase was made for Rs 2 crore. The number plate of the car is 2727. That is the birth date of Salman. He was born on December 27, 1965.

This car reportedly comes with a B6 or B7 level of protection. B6 protects the occupants of the car from high-powered rifles with a 41 mm thick glass for ballistic protection, while B7 protects them from armour-piercing rounds with a 78 mm thick glass.

This car will now reportedly replace Salman Khan’s previous Toyota Land Cruiser LC200, which was modified with armour and bulletproof glass.

Salman recently launched the much-awaited trailer of ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ along with the entire star cast of the movie, including Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, and Vinali Bhatnagar. The film will hit theatres on April 21.

Apart from this, he also has ‘Tiger 3’ with Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in his pipeline.
