Hawthorn have whipped AFL fans into a wild frenzy with a bizarre symbol from the bench during their clash against Geelong on Easter Monday.
With seven minutes remaining in the second quarter, a Hawks official put up a sign of chopsticks and a bowl of noodles from the bench.

The symbol left the Channel 7 commentators confused.
“Now I’ve seen some signs this year but chopsticks and noodles beats them all,” Brian Taylor said.
Four-time premiership Hawk Luke Hodge was also left perplexed.
“I’ve got no idea. Last year they had a jukebox with sunglasses on,” he said.
Taylor added: “If you’re a young signwriter out there, there’s a chance for you to get involved in an AFL club and come up with these crazy symbols.”
“No wonder they get paid the big bucks, these coaches.”
Hodge replied: “There is no doubt it will be something basic. Some basic terminology for it.”
A string of fan theories emerged with the majority suggesting there would be two minutes left or a two-minute drill (making reference to two-minute noodles).
But given there was well over two minutes remaining, that seemed unlikely.
A few other clued-in Hawks fans offered a sensible reason.
Hawthorn ruckman Ned Reeves is nicknamed ‘noodles’ and it might have signalled his time to take over the ruck duties from Lloyd Meek.
The Hawks aren’t the only club to use different signs.
